Laser Profiling

Of all the different types of metal cutting, laser profiling is the fastest and most accurate. This is why it has become not only an integral part of TS Metals’ own production process, but an important and growing subcontract service that we provide to fellow fabricators and manufacturers.

Quality outcomes are assured by a combination of highly skilled operators – boasting a combined 25 years’ laser profiling experience – and our state-of-the-art Trumpf TruLaser 3030 Fiber Laser system, specified for its speed, accuracy, agility, flexibility and low power consumption.

Despite these benefits, our pricing is competitive across all types and thicknesses of material and volumes of work, whether prototype, small batch, large batch or production – however complex the profile required.

The system features integrated offline CAD/CAM, enabling effective and accurate transfer of your drawings. Alternatively, our design team will produce drawings to your specification.

We can cut your own material provided it meets the quality standard necessary for the system to process. Alternatively, we can supply high quality mild and stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass in the thickness you need, from stock, at competitive prices. We hold Lloyd’s List Grade A steel to meet the requirements of some customers. We will hold special items in stock provided we have a purchase order from you.

Whilst it is preferable to work to production schedules, next day and even same day delivery is possible, depending on the nature of your requirement and our prevailing workload.
