Security Systems Engineer

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Security Systems Engineer to join our team.

Working as part of our highly skilled Engineering Team, you’ll provide field-based support to a client based in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

Installing, servicing, and commissioning Electronic security systems
Planned preventative maintenance
Efficient response for corrective maintenance/repairs
Responding to out of hours calls, whilst covering on standby cover
Fault finding, test and remedial works
Keen to fulfil customer’s targets involving overtime when required

Proven experience as a Security Systems Engineer, with a strong track record in the following:
- Intruder Detection Systems
- PIDS
- IP Video Surveillance (CCTV)
- Access Control (Nedap Experience Preferable)
- Electric Gates
- Automated Barriers
- Turnstiles

18^th Edition
Full UK driving licence
Good communication, both verbal and written
Able to work under your own initiative, as well as within teams
Enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to demonstrate leadership approach to health, safety, and environmental obligations
