As an Electrical Apprentice, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a variety of environments. These systems may include switchboards, motors, cables, fuses, thermal relays, fault current protection switches, heating, lighting, air conditioning, metering equipment, and renewable energy technologies. You will also work on crime and fire alarm systems. Ensuring electrical safety is a core part of your responsibilities, and you must adhere to safe working practices to protect yourself and others.

To apply for this apprenticeship, you should have attained GCSEs at Level 5 (C grade or equivalent), including Mathematics, English, and a Science subject.
The apprenticeship will include day release study at West suffolk College.
